Financial Self-Efficacy in Family Business Environments

Entrepreneurial self-efficacy can have positive effects on entrepreneurship, company start-ups, and business growth. The family environment has not yet been studied in relation to financial-self efficacy, a dimension of entrepreneurial self-efficacy. In order address this research gap, paper focuses financial how it relates its antecedent — the environment. This study contributes better understanding developed by building checking normative model. A hypothesis about experience relationship was empirically tested using survey data from two countries. findings reveal make difference certain economic contexts.
